ADOPT-A-STREET
In honor of Mr. Araya Shifferaw, we host a quarterly neighborhood clean-up along a one-mile stretch that held deep meaning throughout his life. From his earliest days in America to his later years, this was a path he walked regularly—for reflection, recreation, and health.
In partnership with the City of Phoenix, this initiative ensures that the street he once cherished remains clean, welcoming, and cared for by the community.
This ongoing effort takes place four times a year, bringing people together to serve, remember, and uplift the neighborhood in his name.
If you would like to volunteer or be part of this meaningful work, we welcome you to join us.

The Araya Legacy Project invites you to turn your annual spring cleaning into a meaningful act of service. This season, your gently used items can make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families across the Valley.
Our Community Clothing Drive is dedicated to collecting quality, gently worn clothing in all sizes—from children to adults—ensuring that men, women, and children have access to essential attire with dignity and confidence.
Every donation helps support those in need while strengthening the spirit of community and compassion that defines our mission.
